CLIENT OVERVIEW
Our client, a fitness clothing brand, was struggling to break through a revenue ceiling despite their high-quality services and solid brand identity. Since they were a start up brand, they were not making much sales and at the same time they didn't know what they were doing wrong either. Seeking a major overhaul, they came to us to transform their marketing approach and help them leverage new advertising platforms.
CHALLENGE
Before working with our team, the client relied mainly on Google and Meta ads but struggled with low engagement and limited conversions. The ad structures lacked depth in targeting and reach, and they had yet to tap into newer platforms like TikTok. Our challenge was to redesign the online store, optimize existing ad channels, and introduce TikTok ads to create a well-rounded, high-performing digital presence.
OUR PROCESS
PHASE 1: STORE REDESIGN
We started with a full redesign of the client’s e-commerce site to better showcase their fitness apparel. The revamped store focused on a modern, high-energy look with easy navigation, eye-catching visuals, and product pages tailored to boost conversions. We streamlined the checkout process to minimize drop-offs, resulting in an immediate lift in the store’s conversion rate.
PHASE 2: AD CAMPAIGN RESTRUCTURING
With the new store in place, we restructured the client’s Meta and Google ad campaigns. Previously, the ads were too generalized and didn’t speak directly to distinct customer segments. By creating targeted ads for different personas, such as athletes, fitness enthusiasts, and active lifestyle individuals, we saw a boost in ad engagement. Each ad was crafted to highlight the performance, style, and functionality of their apparel, resonating with their ideal customers.

PHASE 3: INTRODUCING TIKTOK AS A NEW CHANNEL
Seeing TikTok’s popularity with fitness and fashion audiences, we launched a TikTok ad campaign tailored to this platform’s unique style. We used high-energy visuals and trending sounds to showcase the apparel in action, catching the attention of a new demographic. The TikTok campaign generated strong engagement and increased brand awareness, drawing in more customers and broadening the client’s reach.
PHASE 4: TESTING AND SCALING
With campaigns running smoothly on Meta, Google, and TikTok, we honed each channel through testing. We experimented with different ad formats, creatives, and messaging to determine what resonated most with the audience. Once we identified top-performing strategies, we scaled them up, optimizing ad spend to maximize reach and conversions.
