Our client, a brand new eyewear brand, was venturing into e-commerce for the first time, transitioning from a traditional brick-and-mortar business to the online marketplace. Despite agood product quality, they had zero experience in online sales and needed guidance on how to enter and grow in the digital space. They turned to us to build a profitable e-commerce presence, from site optimization to crafting ad creatives and strategic targeting.
CHALLENGE
As a newcomer to e-commerce, the client faced multiple challenges: a website that needed significant optimization for conversions, a lack of digital sales expertise, and limited knowledge of online advertising. Their primary audience was unclear, and they needed a comprehensive strategy to reach the right customers. Our challenge was to design an optimized online store, create compelling ad content, and systematically test various demographics and regions to identify the best performing audiences for their eyewear.
OUR PROCESS
PHASE 1: WEBSITE OPTIMIZATION
Our first focus was transforming the client’s website into a high-converting, user-friendly storefront. We improved the site’s layout, navigation, and product pages, making sure each product’s features, styles, and value were clearly communicated. We also introduced easy browsing and filtering options to help customers find the perfect eyewear, as well as an optimized checkout flow that minimized drop-offs and maximized completed purchases.
PHASE 2: CREATIVE DEVELOPMENT
Once the website was set up, we worked closely with the client to develop compelling ad creatives. Knowing that visual appeal is essential for selling eyewear, we created high-quality visuals and video content showcasing the products from different angles, highlighting details, and demonstrating how they could elevate the customer’s style. Our creatives emphasized brand personality and quality, allowing the client to stand out in a crowded market.

PHASE 3: DEMOGRAPHIC TESTING
With optimized creatives ready to go, we launched our ads on Meta and Google, strategically testing different demographics. We ran campaigns targeting various age groups, interests, and lifestyle segments to identify the ideal customer profile. After analyzing performance data, we honed in on the demographics that generated the highest engagement and conversion rates, focusing future ad spend on these high-potential audiences.
PHASE 4: GEOGRAPHIC TESTING
To further maximize reach and sales, we expanded our testing to different countries. We targeted regions with high demand for premium eyewear and measured performance across markets to understand where the brand resonated best. This strategy allowed us to pinpoint the countries where the ads performed strongest, optimizing the budget allocation and increasing overall ROAS.

Additionally, we continued to refine our approach, tweaking creatives, messaging, and placements to maintain momentum and ensure a steady flow of new customers.
